In November 2006, Paresh Chandra Dani approached us for help. He wanted  copies of Success & ABILITY that carried information relating to a thesis he was preparing. His dissertation, he said, was for his PhD degree and the topic was  “Library Resources and Services for the Blind in Orissa: An Analytical Study”. We naturally were very glad to be of assistance and packed off the material he needed. PC Dani completed the project and was recently awarded his Doctorate. This particular thesis is something of a milestone in that it is for the first time anyone has done research on this subject. 

An elated Dani wrote this letter to us. He also attached a news item about his achievement that appeared in a newspaper. Congratulations, PC Dani! Hope your thesis is put to good use!
